We are currently seeking an experienced insurance agent to participate in our mentorship program and work alongside a seasoned agency owner, who will provide guidance, support, and mentorship as you learn the ins and outs of agency operations and business development.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Fully licensed in Property & Casualty.
• Resides in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed insurance agent.
• Strong desire to pursue agency ownership and a willingness to commit to a mentorship program.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Shadow and learn from an experienced agency owner to gain firsthand experience in all aspects of agency management, including sales, customer service, marketing, and team leadership.
• Assist with client consultations, policy reviews, and insurance assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, acquire new clients, and retain existing business.
• Collaborate with the mentor and agency team to execute marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and networking opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.
