As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients by handling service inquiries, assisting with policy needs, and providing a high level of customer care. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Hours: 30–40 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)

Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

• Must be currently licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.
• Upload and maintain customer documents accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate and timely assistance to resolve customer concerns or issues.
• Document customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
