Requirements

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings.

Responsibilities

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

Proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments.

Upload and maintain customer documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Providing accurate and timely assistance to resolve customer concerns or issues.

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.

Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
