Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly phone presence.

Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to stay motivated.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets.

Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on achieving goals.

Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products or services.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain detailed records of calls and track progress in our CRM system.

Handle objections and answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner.

Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals.

Follow up on leads and re-engage past clients to nurture relationships.
