Hands on Training

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Find new customers through leads, networking, and referrals
• Understand each clients needs and suggest the right insurance options
• Give great customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Reach or exceed your sales goals
• Learn and stay familiar with Farmers Insurance products and services
• Manage policy renewals, changes, and customer questions quickly
• Complete all applications and paperwork accurately and on time
