We’re hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, clear expectations, and meaningful client interactions. You'll play a vital part in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients while helping drive retention and protection-focused service.

  • Compensation: $42,000-$48,000 base salary based on experience
  • Bonuses: Monthly life insurance and performance-based retention bonuses

Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service or insurance
  • An active insurance license is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Trusted with sensitive client information and committed to discretion
Responsibilities
  • Deliver fast, reliable service to support and retain clients
  • Manage policy changes, renewals, billing, and general inquiries
  • Handle inbound service calls, emails, and texts with professionalism
  • Identify upsell opportunities, such as life insurance or umbrella coverage
  • Support policy accuracy, new business onboarding, and audits
