Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License, or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven track record in sales or a demonstrated high-performance mindset
- Coachable, disciplined, and comfortable following structured processes
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, quoting tools)
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Blue Springs, MO
- Professional, reliable, and motivated by long-term career growth
Responsibilities
- Engage inbound and outbound leads using a professional, consultative approach
- Collect accurate client and household information to prepare insurance quotes
- Educate customers on coverage options, pricing, and recommended protection strategies
- Follow our structured sales process to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience
- Maintain accurate records of calls, quotes, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Meet monthly sales and activity expectations with discipline and reliability
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team development sessions
