We’re hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our growth-minded team. If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to take your career to the next level, this is your opportunity to shine in a structure built for success.

  • First-year compensation expected to be $65,000 to $85,000
  • Leads are provided daily. Focus on closing, not chasing

Requirements
  • Licensed to sell insurance (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health a bonus)
  • Prior insurance or related sales experience preferred
  • Confident, persuasive, and motivated to close with integrity
  • Positive, coachable attitude with a hunger to grow and win
  • Resilient under pressure and rejection, with a team-first mindset
Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert leads through inbound and outbound outreach
  • Quote and sell auto, home, life, umbrella, and commercial insurance policies
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to uncover household risks and bundling opportunities
  • Educate clients and overcome objections through clear, consultative communication
  • Hit and exceed monthly goals tied to household protection and bundling
