  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the best options available.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one (state-specific requirements apply).
