Requirements

•Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

•Ability to achieve high sales targets

•Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

•Must be coachable

•Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

•Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

•Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities
  • Drive results by developing compelling insurance quotes, delivering high-impact sales presentations, and closing deals with confidence.


  • Engage directly with high-intent leads -these are warm opportunities ready to convert.


  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and proactively follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention.


  • Quickly assess client needs and uncover sales opportunities with precision and urgency.
