- Achieve and exceed aggressive sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the best options available.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in insurance or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and surpass goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a results-oriented environment.
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one (state-specific requirements apply).
