Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). 
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and persuade clients
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and build relationships with potential clients and referral partners
  • Find insurance solutions specific to clients/prospects needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
