We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representatives. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation structure including base salary, commission and bonus opportunities. Commission tier with a top potential of 15%. As part of our sales team, once training is complete, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid role with part time being remote and part time in in the office. This will be based on your experience and performance. You will also benefit from our investment in marketing to support your success.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). 
  • Preferred candidate would already have their license but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license.
  • Bilingual in Spanish would be a bonus!
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Has professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
