We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help expand our customer base by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.

Salary Range: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (insurance industry experience is a plus).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our insurance solutions.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our licensed agents.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and our product offerings to confidently communicate value to potential clients.
