Entry level candidates can expect to make between $39,000 to $50,000 and Top Performers can earn between $50,000 and $100,000+ with the opportunity to participate in agency bonuses.

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Insurance experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Determination to overcome rejection and achieve high sales goals
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required, or the commitment & ability to obtain the license within a short period of time.
• Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish a plus+
