No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful!
How am I paid?
This role is base + commission, with strong upside for consistent producers.
What kind of training will I receive?
Ongoing coaching and sales/product training designed to build confidence and results.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
• Self-motivated, consistent, and comfortable in a goal-driven environment
• Coachable attitude and strong work ethic
• Sales experience is a plus – but not required
Licensing
• Insurance license is a plus (P&C and/or Life & Health), but not required to apply
• Must be willing and able to obtain required licensing (with support)

What You’ll Do
• Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend the right coverage
• Follow up with prospects and clients to build relationships and close sales
• Ask for referrals and support retention through policy reviews
• Track activity and work toward clear daily/weekly/monthly goals
• Provide prompt, friendly service and support to clients
