Youll help clients protect what matters most by offering auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance. Youll earn an hourly wage plus commission and bonuses, so your income grows with your effort.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour

Requirements
Bilingual Spanish/English required
Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
Ability to learn quickly and follow proven processes
Property & Casualty insurance license a plus (well help you get licensed)
Pay starts at $17/hr base with commission and bonuses average total pay $25$35/hr+ based on performance
Responsibilities
Assist clients in English and Spanish with insurance quotes and policy changes
Sell and cross-sell auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Follow up with potential customers and close sales opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow client accounts
Work toward monthly sales and service goals
