What You Need:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses in Missouri and Kansas
• Previous insurance sales experience (required) - we're looking for proven performers
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• A self-starter mindset with the discipline to thrive in a remote environment
• Tech-savviness with comfort using digital tools and CRM software
