We are seeking a driven, personable, and Professional Insurance Producer that is seeking Uncapped earing potential! Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
-Insurance Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain quickly prior to employment)
-Sales Experience preferred
-Excellent Communication, presentation and relationship-Building skills
-Self-Motivated, goal-oriented and coachable
-Team Player who thrives in fast-paced, positive environment
Responsibilities
-Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
-Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial etc.)
-Present Quotes, explain coverages and close sales.
-Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and Follow-up on referrals.
-Stay informed on industry trends, Carrier Products, and Underwriting Guidelines
