Overview:

We are looking for a friendly Concierge/Receptionist to manage client interactions, schedule appointments, and support our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and help ensure a smooth and professional experience.

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and data entry.
• Insurance or sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn

• Answer client calls and follow up on their needs.
• Set at least 10 appointments daily for account executives.
• Update client information and track interactions in the system.
• Send out letters and information packets for cross-selling opportunities.
• Gather referrals and maintain communication with new leads.
