Salary Range: $41,600.00 - $83,200.00 per year

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Bilingual in Spanish a major plus

• Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold-calling, attending networking events, leveraging social media, and asking for referrals.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored insurance quotes to potential clients.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and close the sale.
• Achieve minimum production requirements of 90 Personal Lines NBNH Policies, 3 Commercial NB Policies, and 5 Life Issued and Paid per quarter.
