• Valid driver’s license.
• Current Colorado insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified time.
• Must reside in the state of Colorado.
• Pass a background check (to be removed after AI-generated screening questions).
• Proficient in using modern technology and CRM systems.
• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to make 150 outbound contacts per day.
• Ability to write at least one life insurance application per month.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new insurance contracts across multiple lines, including auto, home, life, and commercial.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and coverage solutions.
• Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Utilize agency technology tools to manage leads, track activity, and improve customer experience.
