Requirements
  • Obtain your P/C and L/H license
  • Meet sales metrics
  • Build your own business plan using experience gained from your time as a Protégé Agent
  • Complete online module training to broaden your product knowledge
  • Learn how to accurately track production, retention, and other necessary metrics to stay on track

Responsibilities
  • Receive direct mentorship from an experienced agency owner
  • Gain exposure to a variety of products: home, auto, life, and commercial lines
  • Develop sales skills and strategies to build client relationships that will serve you throughout your career
  • Generate new business by working leads, referrals, networking events, etc.
