As an Agency Owner with Farmers Insurance, you will be the driving force behind your own thriving insurance agency. Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Exceptional sales skills and experience.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Ability to obtain A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Ability to obtain A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
  • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities

Agency Ownership Preparation: Successfully complete a course designed to refresh and deepen knowledge of Farmers Insurance products, services, and business operations.

Operational Support: Work directly with a District Manager and Agency Business Consultant to understand the operational, financial, and managerial aspects of running a successful Farmers Insurance agency.

Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on offering customized insurance solutions. Promote Farmers Insurance products to potential customers, contributing to sales growth and market expansion.

Ongoing Education & Support: Take advantage of continuing education opportunities and support programs from Farmers Insurance to stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and business best practices.
