Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active insurance license in Nebraska. We'll provide paid training to qualified applicants.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Customer Focus: Strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations with personalized service.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability or interest in engaging clients and recommending suitable insurance products.

Professional Demeanor: Ability to present oneself professionally and build rapport with clients.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with office software and ability to manage digital communications.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide effective solutions.

Policy Management: Assist in the management and customization of client insurance policies to suit their specific requirements.

Sales Goals: Actively work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the agency.

Client Education: Educate clients about various insurance plans, coverages, and the benefits of maintaining comprehensive protection.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties such as documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
