Job Overview
As a Licensed Agent, you will contact people providing insurance and financial services options to help them with their protection needs. You will also help them protect their incomes so their families have the peace of mind knowing they will be taken care of if something unplanned happens. As you get to know our clients, you will earn their trust and their referrals.
We are seeking people with who want to achieve, the work ethic to show up on time every day, and a real passion to make a difference for the people they serve. Many of our licensed agents make this a career or go on to agency ownership positions. Our three most tenured LSP's (as they are called by Allstate) have over 30 years of combined experience with our agencies. These people help train you and that coupled with an agency owner successful for over 30 year with Allstate, make this a great place to thrive.
Are you up to the challenge? Do well for 2-3 years while you learn the business and be referred as a new agency owner. Do an outstanding job for a year or more along with having great relationships with your peers and become a sales manager for the agency.
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- A portion of employee health insurance is covered for full time employees after 90 days employment. In lieu of this an adjustment to base pay is made for those covered elsewhere

- remote work possible with stellar sales record and completion of licensing and 90 training period with some in agency work.
Requirements
- A Nebraska property casualty insurance license is required. We will help a well qualified candidate obtain this prior to their start date
- High School degree required
- Extensive public contact or prior sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
- Conduct needs based policy reviews and make recommendations and changes accordingly
- Follow up with new and existing customers to make them aware of new products/discounts and solve problems
- Make a substantial number of marketing calls each day for new business quotes
