We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit, high-integrity team. This full-time, in-office role offers the opportunity to engage directly with our valued clients, deliver top-notch service, and contribute to maintaining the trust and satisfaction that sets our agency apart.

• Base pay: $15-19 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, no evenings or weekends

• Insurance License can be obtained within 6 months of hire, we cover all licensing costs

• Handle policy updates, payments, and documentation with attention to detail
