Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Follow up consistently with leads, quotes, and existing clients
Build strong relationships and provide a high level of customer service
Identify cross-sell opportunities on every interaction
Make outbound calls to prospects, inactive clients, and quotes not taken
Handle inbound calls and convert opportunities into sales
Maintain an organized pipeline and track follow-ups daily
Educate clients on coverage options and recommend the best solutions
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and activity expectations
Stay consistent with daily tasks, including calls, quotes, and follow-ups
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
