Compensation:
This is a salary position plus unlimited bonus opportunities.

Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
Sales experience preferred (insurance is a plus, not required)
Outgoing personality and confident speaking with clients

Responsibilities
Generate quotes and close new business (Auto, Home, Business, Life)
Follow up consistently with leads — this is where sales are made
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify cross-sell opportunities on every interaction
Stay organized and manage a pipeline of prospects
Work closely with the team to hit agency goals
