Salary Range: $31,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, policy changes, and coverage questions in both English and Spanish.
• Educate customers on insurance options and recommend policies that best fit their needs.
• Assist with policy quotes, applications, renewals, and claims processing.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate sales and retain business.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
