Licensing Assistance

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• High-energy, reliable, career-driven and detail-focused
• Ready to get licensed within 30 days of employment (we’ll guide you!). Licensing assistance is available.
• Great communicator and problem-solver
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and ability to research resolutions using system resources

• Answer incoming calls and intake all necessary information for licensed team to follow up
• Intake quote information for sales team
• Assist new clients with required policy document follow up and e-signature process
• Call clients regarding billing accounts
• Call clients to schedule annual reviews with Agent or sales team
• Call prospects using DNC guidelines to solicit quote information for sales team
• Keep customer and prospect records accurate and organized
• Scan and upload documents as needed
• Work with the sales team on setting appointments and conducting follow-ups
• Assist Agent or sales team with marketing events as needed
• Resolve customer concerns with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
• Obtain P&C insurance license in 30 days (we’ll help with training)
