Requirements

Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for client interaction.

Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and exceed client expectations.

Organizational Skills: Must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

In-Person Availability: Willingness to work at our Brownsville, Texas office as needed.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities
