• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn

• Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance policies, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and commercial insurance
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management strategies
• Meet or exceed sales goals, production targets, and retention benchmarks
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• P&C License is preferred willing to train, licensing assistance available.
