Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Life & Health Insurance license required.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Arabic is a PLUS!
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
- Provide detailed information on various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance
- Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to clients' needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team sales targets.
