We are hiring an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic, people-first agency. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in a relationship-driven environment and prioritizes quality over quotas. You will have the opportunity to manage client relationships, develop new policies, and contribute to the agency's growth alongside a close-knit team that genuinely supports one another.

  • First-year earnings of $45,000 to $65,000 based on experience and production. $20.00 to $27.00 hourly plus commissions based on experience and skills. Average commissions for a top performer can be 1,000.00 a month and higher.

Requirements
  • Prior insurance sales experience
  • Active Florida P&C insurance license
  • Strong communication skills to build trust with clients
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient with computers, insurance quoting tools, and office software
  • Experience with QuoteRush, insurer web portals, and Citizens system preferred
  • Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and policy compliance
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and reliable in a fast-paced office setting
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Responsibilities
  • Write home and condo insurance policies for new clients
  • Re-shop and rewrite current customers if needed
  • Provide quotes to realtors to assist them with their clients
  • Quote prospects and explore cross-selling opportunities (including auto policies)
  • Requote and upsell mono-line clients
  • Provide limited service support for recent clients you’ve written
