• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving goals.
• CO Life and Health Licenses (preferred)
• CO Property and Casualty Licenses (preferred)

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities within the target market.
• Mentor and support new team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
