We are seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and contributing to our agency’s growth. The position offers a competitive base salary of $15.00 - $17 per hour, plus commission opportunities that reward your hard work and dedication.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).

Responsibilities
  • Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
