In this role, you will provide expert insurance advice, assess individual and business risks, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. As a certified professional, you will ensure clients receive accurate, compliant, and ethical guidance across a range of insurance products.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Valid certification as an Insurance Advisor
• Active state/provincial insurance license(s) in relevant lines (Life, Health, Property, Casualty)
• 2+ years of experience in insurance advising or financial consulting
• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, underwriting, and claims procedures
• Excellent communication, client service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret insurance contracts and explain complex concepts clearly
• High ethical standards and strong compliance awareness
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients
• Multilingual skills and cross-cultural communication
• Familiarity with digital tools and insurance platforms

• Consult with clients to understand their personal, family, or business insurance needs
• Provide professional advice and recommendations on appropriate insurance products
• Customize insurance plans to fit client requirements, budget, and risk profiles
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulation, ethical standards, and company policies
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, claims, and ongoing reviews
• Keep current with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory developments
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
