We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service while managing a variety of account responsibilities.

  • Base pay starting at $45,000

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Prior experience with an active New Jersey Property & Casualty license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Professional phone presence and polished office etiquette
Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate and competitive insurance quotes
  • Cross-sell and round out accounts to meet client needs
  • Issue insurance documentation such as certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy endorsements
  • Advise and educate clients on coverage options and policy details
  • Shop renewals to ensure clients receive the best coverage and rates
