Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and polite demeanor.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to support overall office and client needs.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer software; typing proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.

Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate department or providing assistance when necessary.

Data Entry: Accurately input and manage client information in the database, ensuring records are up to date.

Communicating: Relay important messages and information to team members to facilitate smooth client transactions

Support: Assist with various tasks such as filing, faxing, and document management as required.
