Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or insurance industry is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on clear and concise information delivery.
  • Customer Focus: A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
