Experience: A minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry with a NJ Insurance License.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and positive demeanor.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and satisfaction in all client interactions and transactions.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.

Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also handling individual responsibilities.

Tech Skills: Knowledge of AMS360 a plus .

Education: A High School diploma or equivalent, with further education in related fields regarded as a plus.

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain positive client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Policy Management: Oversee and manage personal lines insurance policies, ensuring clients have the correct coverage.

Renewal Processing: Prepare and process renewals to ensure seamless continuity of clients' insurance plans.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for clients to expand their insurance coverage with additional products or services.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure compliance and efficient service.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and company offerings.
