Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Base Salary Plus Commissions

Licensing: Must possess an active P&C License in New Jersey.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the commercial insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving: Proficient in identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions.

Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.

Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop client relationships.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance-related CRM software and standard office tools.

Knowledge of AMS360 is preferred

Client Consultation: Engage with commercial clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.

Policy Management: Oversee and manage commercial lines policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely resolution of issues.

Renewals and Retentions: Proactively handle policy renewals and work to retain existing accounts, identifying opportunities for policy enhancements.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, coverage information, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.

Risk Assessment: Assist in evaluating clients' risk exposures to recommend appropriate coverage options.
