The Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As a   Insurance Sales Representative you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

· Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (required) life license a plus

· Prior insurance sales experience preferred

· Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Proficient with computer and internet programs, will use agent portals.

Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead databases

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

· Create personalized insurance quotes and present tailored coverage options

· Educate clients about products and protection programs

· Close sales

· Top producers who sell at least 2 policies per day consistently earn six figures
