We are seeking an experienced and Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in insurance sales and is confident supporting customers with their coverage needs. In this position, you will work virtually to build relationships, educate customers on policy options, and provide guidance that helps them protect what matters most. • Base salary of $45,000 with first-year earnings of $55,000 to $75,000

• Active Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses are required
• Minimum of 2+ plus years of prior State Farm agency experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, and apply feedback

• Highly self-motivated and able to manage follow-up consistently
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling, and lead databases
