Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license required
  • Life and Health license required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong writing skills
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Process customer policy changes accurately and promptly
  • Greet all customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Build strong relationships and deliver reliable follow up
  • Maintain client communication through calls and service outreach
  • Track and order office supplies as needed
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
