We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth start to our daily operations and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will handle various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at the beginning of each day.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer service software, phone systems, and other office equipment.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Open the office or customer service area promptly at the beginning of the day.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, requests, and issues.
Manage and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Process customer transactions, orders, and payments accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Update customer records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Prepare and distribute daily reports and summaries to management.
Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.
