About the Role:

We are seeking an Account Representative to join our office. This role involves supporting our agents with customer service tasks and ensuring our clients receive top-tier assistance. While experience and licensing are preferred, we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Insurance licenses preferred but not required (licensing assistance avialble)
  • Prior experience in commercial insurance account management is a plus.
  • Ability to create value for clients and the agency.
  • Familiarity with Applied Systems or other agency management software is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience issuing certificates of insurance is beneficial.
