ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a sales representative with Jocelyn Severin Insurance Agency, Farmers agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus!
Must have or be willing to obtain Property/Casualty license
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
