• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Life/Health Licenses is preferred.
• If you are not licensed. We pay for your licensing.
• Must be Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Prior Sales Experience is required.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including life products.
• Prospecting and generating new business
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Attend industry events to network and build relationships.
